Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact product shown in the images. However, please note that colours may appear slightly different due to monitor/screen settings and lighting conditions. If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also log into your account, navigate to "My Orders," and download or print your receipt from there. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

 

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange for collection or provide return instructions. Please note that custom-made or assembled furniture may not be eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Most of our items are restocked regularly depending on supplier availability. You can click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to receive an email alert when the item becomes available again. For urgent inquiries, feel free to contact us directly and we will advise on expected restock timelines

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship to all major towns and cities across Kenya, including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on your location. For remote areas, please contact us to confirm availability and arrange a suitable delivery option.
